This Privacy Policy explains how Se3rLive (“Se3rLive”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit se3rlive.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you acknowledge this policy. Where the law requires your consent — for example for analytics and advertising cookies in the EEA and UK — we ask for it first and you can withdraw it at any time.

1. Who we are

Se3rLive is a price information website based in Casablanca, Morocco. For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Moroccan Law 09-08, Se3rLive is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at se3rlive@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

If you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the subject and the content of your message. You don’t need an account to use the Site, and we do not ask for payment details.

Information collected automatically

Log data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages visited and the date and time of each request, recorded by our hosting provider for security and performance.
Device and usage data: screen size, language, approximate location derived from your IP address (city or country level), and how you interact with pages.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (such as health, religion or political opinions).

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We and our partners also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels and device identifiers. We use the following categories:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site works. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent banner before any non-essential cookies are set, and can change their choice at any time through the “Privacy settings” link in the banner.

4. Google AdSense and third-party advertising

We use Google AdSense to show advertising, which keeps the Site free to use. In line with Google’s requirements:

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
Other third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads on the Site. Google lists its certified ad technology providers in its ad tech providers list, and you can opt out of many of them at the NAI opt-out page.

Interest-based (personalised) ads are chosen using information such as the pages you visit and your approximate location. Non-personalised ads use only contextual information (such as the page you are viewing) and coarse location, but still use cookies for frequency capping, fraud prevention and measurement. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we only show personalised ads if you consent; if you don’t, you will see non-personalised or limited ads. 5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — for example which prices are most viewed and which devices people use — so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as pages visited, time on page and approximate location; IP addresses are not stored. Where required, analytics only runs after you consent. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

6. How we use information

To operate, maintain and secure the Site and prevent abuse and fraud.
To respond to your messages, corrections and requests.
To measure and improve performance and content.
To show advertising, measure its effectiveness and, with your consent where required, personalise it.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

7. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)

Consent — analytics and advertising cookies, and personalised ads (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Legitimate interests — security, server logs, fraud prevention and basic site operation (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Steps at your request — replying to messages you send us (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Legal obligation — where we must keep or disclose information by law (Art. 6(1)(c)).

8. Your choices and opt-out links

You can also use your browser’s private mode, block third-party cookies, or reset your device advertising identifier. Opting out does not stop ads being shown — they will simply be less relevant to you.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

Service providers that host the Site, deliver contact messages and provide security, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
Google and its advertising partners, as described in sections 4 and 5, who act as independent controllers for some processing.
Authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
A successor if the Site is sold or merged, subject to this policy.

10. International data transfers

Our providers, including Google, may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Data retention

Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
Server logs: up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate abuse.
Cookies: for the durations shown in section 3, or until you delete them.
Analytics data: up to 14 months.

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
have inaccurate data corrected;
have your data erased;
restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
data portability;
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing; and
lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

13. Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)

In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as IP address, cookie IDs and, if you contact us, name and email); internet or network activity (pages viewed and interactions); and approximate geolocation. We collect them from you, your device and our advertising and analytics partners, for the purposes listed in section 6.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, allowing advertising partners to set cookies for cross-context behavioural advertising may be considered “selling” or “sharing” under California law. California residents have the right to:

Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out, and you can also email us or use Google Ads Settings;
Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose;
Delete personal information we hold about you;
Correct inaccurate personal information;
Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any); and
Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Submit requests to se3rlive@gmail.com with the subject “California privacy request”. You may use an authorised agent. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

14. Users in Morocco (Law 09-08)

We process personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. You have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data by writing to se3rlive@gmail.com, and you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).

15. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 16 (or under 13 in the United States), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

16. Security

The Site is served only over HTTPS, and we limit access to personal data to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

17. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed; for significant changes we will add a notice on the Site.
